I love you from the start...

I love you from the start in every single way..

I'm back :) Been MIA for a bit..Me & the cold weather have been going through our ups and downs..Joints been aching and been unable to move around as easily as I would like to.. Despite everything, it was nice having a short break with dad and abang and not forgetting the A-team of the Grove for getting me through this..You guys are awesome :) My special INSANE family.. You know who you are..Now back to my quick craft do for the month...

I decided to make special bookmarks for my Japanese friend and found a button of a girl in her Kimono dress :) Suits her perfectly.. I just hope everything is still sticking together properly..

Thanks to Jackobindi button kit, I was able to create this in no time..Btw, the little Japanese girl fabric came with the kit. Very handy for a person like me.

This time I decided to experiment between just using fabrics for the bookmarks and using buttons. Lucky, I had some stash from the last flower frenzy and getting this done didn't take very long..

I love the outcomes of both. The soothing colours of my Precious MODA fabric stash..I can't wait to start making more..MORE fabrics waiting to be used and explored..

A special 25th bday present :)

I have been missing in action for awhile...Caught up with so many things..but now trying to make time to do what I love most, sewing..Planning to create more bookmarks using my new Moda fabrics :) This time I got this (see below) from the craft fair... I absolutely LOVE the Moda collection and hopefully I'll keep expanding my collection..
