Wing it in Red

Finally, after what felt like forever...

Wing it in Red is finally completed..

This bunting is 2.95 metres in length. The length of each Pemnant/Triangle/Flag size: 11 cm (W)  x 14.5 cm (L) / 4" (W) x 5.5" (L)Price: $18  *item has been sold* to my dear Sister..

This project was long due since last year..I remember cutting the fabrics end of last year..

This bunting is double-sided..so in case you got bored with one,

you still got the other side..Sort of like a 2 in 1 Bunting.

This time I decided to make my own bias strips and it is time consuming but the experience is definitely worth it. Now I have more appreciation for those crafters out there who makes their own.

I will still use pre-made ones but it's great to know how to make my own :)

Thanks to my trusty assistant, I managed to finish it.

P/s: Please watch your fingers when ironing the bias strips :)

Hi Everyone,

Hope you had a lovely Easter break so far.. Have been feasting on Hot Cross Buns and of course 

chocolates.. <-- a quick shout out to my lovely girls for sending me some chocolates :)

Growing up, I have always and still love collecting Polly Pockets ( the ones that actually fit into your pockets) & Barbies :) The best thing is all my barbies and polly pockets are still kept safely in my bedroom..It's like blast to the past for me everytime i go home.. Deep down, I'm still a little girl at heart..

Home is where the Heart is...

 A special gift.. After hours of searching for the perfect pattern, I found a nice picture of a house that I like.

It's a custom made housewarming gift. This is my first wall-hanging project.

I am so happy with the outcome and collaborating with my partner.

This project involves buttons, hearts, embroidery techniques, applique, mini buntings and maching finishing :)

Just recently, I bought some snap clips from Jackobindi and I love them very much..
The best thing about Jackobindi is they have excellent customer service.
I didn't have to wait very long to get my goodies delivered.

I got inspired once again to make hairclips..

Beautiful snap clips from Jackobindi..

Armed with  E6000 Industrial Strength Glue , a pair of scissors and my iron.. I started making the clips and I have decided to make them for little Jade :)

It was a little tedious trying to get the glue off me..but it's all worthwhile after all.

The following is the special four that survived the Testing..
